We take great care in rendering and handling all of our tallow with very high standards. It all starts as USDA tallow from our processor. However, due to varying regulations in different states, when ordering from outside of Kansas, our tallow is sold as a basic product for cosmetic and/ or craft purposes. Within Kansas, it is available as a food product.
